Pylons and obelisks
Pylons are waypoints. Interact with one to unlock it, then teleport between any unlocked pylons from any other pylon. Obelisks with a glowing orb on each side work the same way. Pylons are the only way into the maze by day when the gate is shut, and the central Sky's Reach obelisk saves you from finding the Shimmering Sanctum again.

Map FAQ
How do I get into the maze during the day?
The main gate only opens at night. Teleport in through any pylon you have already unlocked, or use one of the other gates around the Glade (the potions-side gate leads toward the Twenty Shelves, the Stylist-side gate toward the blue mushroom area).
How do pylons work?
Pylons are waypoints. Interact with one to unlock it, then teleport between any unlocked pylons from any other pylon. Obelisks with a glowing orb on each side work the same way. Pylons are the only way into the maze by day when the gate is shut, and the central Sky's Reach obelisk saves you from finding the Shimmering Sanctum again.
Where is the Shimmering Sanctum?
It appears in random spots inside the maze; there is no fixed route. Once you reach Sky's Reach through it, claim the central obelisk so you never need to find it again.
How do I get to the Pale?
Beat the Festering Wound to end the Disease Era, then enter through any of the Glade's gates; every gate leads to the Pale. Manaloth has no campfires, so bring sanity potions.
Is there a full map of The Veil?
Not an official one. The radar on screen shows coordinates, which is how creators share locations (the Twenty Shelves is around 16515, 2251). The Compass game pass adds cardinal directions.
